In total, 2,885,500.20 euros (previous year: 2,596,950.18 euros) will be distributed from Masterflex SE’s retained earnings. The remaining amount of €28,884,973.27 will be carried forward to new account.
The Annual General Meeting expressed its confidence in the members of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Masterflex SE for the 2025 fiscal year and approved all items on the agenda by a large majority.
In his speech, CEO Dr. Andreas Bastin highlighted in particular the strategic progress made as part of the HERO@ZERO future strategy. A key milestone in this regard is the largest engineering and framework contract in the history of the Masterflex Group to date, which was concluded last year. The series ramp-up is planned for the end of 2026, with full ramp-up scheduled for 2027. With this project, the company expects recurring annual revenues in the mid-single-digit millions and, at the same time, strengthens its technological position in the strategic target industry groups “Life” and “Tech.”
In addition, Dr. Bastin highlighted the expansion of cleanroom capacities in the Medical Technology division. By expanding its controlled cleanroom space by approximately 20 percent by the end of 2026, Masterflex is responding to the continued high demand from the medical and laboratory technology sectors and creating additional conditions for further growth in this attractive future market.
Another strategic focus was on international expansion in the aviation business. With the laying of the cornerstone for the new plant in Morocco, the Masterflex Group has laid the foundation for the further expansion of its activities in the aviation industry. Through its subsidiary Matzen & Timm, a modern production facility for highly specialized hose and connection systems is being built in the Midparc Free Trade Zone near Casablanca.
